Situated in the historic market town of Darlington, the Mercure Kings Hotel is an iconic Grade II listed building dates back to 1893, featuring beautiful architecture and stunning period features in the original parts of the hotel.
The hotel features 83 comfortable, modern, en-suite bedrooms and a range of modern amenities and facilities including a hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Guests don’t have to leave the hotel to enjoy food and drinks. Enjoy breakfast, dinner, light bites, and drinks in The Kings Bar, serving sophisticated menus of delicious gourmet dishes made by talented chefs using only the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients.
Perfect for meetings, private events, and weddings, the Mercure Kings Hotel has 5 event spaces for up to 300 people. The hotel also has a secure underground car park with limited spaces, available to hotel guests for £5 per night (height restriction of 2m).
